Yumbag is a subscription based food delivery platform that allows users to regulary order food on their own terms.

Designing for food delivery as a subscription-based model for Dubai eaters
For a platform that allows the flexibiltiy of making planned meal delivery with no commitments attached, the design had to reflect a level of control and ease by understand user’s personal motivations and emotions.

We took to creating an easily identifiable and relatable identity that helps Yumbag to break through the clutter in the market and grab their ideal customer’s attention.

A personalized profile to maintain orders and payments.
The easy profile feature helps users maintain a record of their orders and payments tha easily help them repeat orders or tweak their ordering scehdules.
Using referrals to help expose the brand to foodies.
With referrals as a pop-up ,we designed a user-friendly online referral program with upfront information & enticing incentives where users can refers a friend and this friend signs up to Yumbag.
Giving full control to users for managing subscriptions.
As much as it is important to make it easy to subscribe, we made aspects like cancelling, pausing subscriptions, continuous payments, privacy & security easy.
A clear, scannable view of orders - both ongoing and past.
Each delivery card is packed with important and actionable information like photo, meal name, place of order, price breakup, delivery status and invoice.
A space for food companies to easily offer their food services.
With a separate login. the interface also supported food services to register their businesses in just 4 steps from adding restaurant information to payment details.
